裝設伺服器，安裝後發現，讀取php網頁，回應很慢！
重啟apache後，再次讀取php網頁，內容馬上出現，
但約過半小時後，php網頁的回應速度又變慢了！

參考多個網路資料，

結果沒辦法順啟動apache

參考第二個網站後，重新設定httpd.conf，
再過半小時、二個小時後都可以馬上回應。
加的內容如下：

AcceptFilter http none
AcceptFilter https none
